95.2% of Malaysia’s Adult Population Has Been Fully Vaccinated

As of yesterday, a total of 22,297,446 individuals, or 95.2% of Malaysia's adult population, has completed their COVID-19 vaccination.

According to statistics from the Health Ministry's COVIDNOW site, 97.6 percent of adults, or 22,865,060, have received at least one dose of the vaccine.

For teenagers aged 12 to 17, a total of 2,735,720 individuals (86.9 percent) have received at least one dose of the vaccine, while 2,512,231 individuals (79.8 percent) have completed the vaccination.

Yesterday, a total of 43,731 vaccine doses were administered, including 9,959 for the second dose, 3,117 for the first dose, and 30,655 for booster doses, bringing the total to 51,196,152 doses administered under the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK).
